But whenever I try to start the crashes before even loading the disclaimer. Or when it's the first time executing. It crashes in the loading screen. Thisis plugin for ASI Loader that removes game file checking and allows to change any game files. Also this plugin unbinds u don't need any patchers. Fix is marked as "Advance" from patch because 1.0.0.4 has the detection of asi loader, asi plugins and some other files like 1911.dll, this check is also disabled by this fix. goto file exploer and open up your c drive. look for programs (x86) double click look for steam. then look for steam apps double click on that. double click on the folder that says "common". double click on the GTA IV folder then it will split in to GTA IV and INSTALLERS. double click on GTA IV folder. create a text document with the headline mRW96.
